Slowing Down: Self-Care for Nonprofit Professionals Series
Nonprofit leaders step up heroically in service of an issue or a community but often experience burnout themselves. At Co.act Detroit, we create a safe and supportive space for nonprofit professionals to take a pause. We understand practicing self-care on a reoccurring basis is essential to thriving on and off the job. In response to our fast-paced world, we created this series to celebrate the importance of slowing down to speed up. Give yourself permission to unwind, reflect, release and connect with us during a monthly series of activities and conversations.
