During short, focused consultations, experts provide the opportunity for nonprofit leaders to approach challenges from a fresh perspective and tap into solution-oriented thinking.

- Fundraising: annual fund, donor stewardship, board fundraising, development talent, campaign feasibility, planned giving, etc.
- Strategic planning: why have one, executing yours, accountability, staff versus board’s role.

- Phoenix Innovate is a marketing firm that helps nonprofits utilize for-profit techniques through their “Authentic Marketing” strategy. This process combines research and insights, marketing strategy, content development and design, and implementation solutions from printing to email and social media solutions. Meet with them to discuss how to use the data you already have to get your message to reach the right audience and increase your return on investment.
- Data Driven Detroit
- AskD3 at Co.act is designed to help nonprofits answer questions using data. A team of data analysts will be available at Co.act and equipped to fulfill on-the-spot community data requests. In-person sessions will be scheduled for 45 minutes to help identify your data needs and potentially offer quick data solutions. Projects expanding beyond 45 minutes will be referred to other D3 staff who can assist in planning for and completing the request.
