Who are the people that buy your product or service? Who cares the most about the kind of story you’re telling, the kind of mission, vision, and set of values that your organization has? One of the most important parts of your digital strategy is the clear identification of your target audience. Before you start writing, shooting, or posting, you must know your ideal target customer like they’re your little brother or sister.

In this session, participants will learn the importance of having a clear understanding of who their target audience is and how to create content that interests them. This workshop will help participants define and craft their ideal buyer personas to strengthen their digital strategy efforts. This is for anyone looking to aim their content at the right audience to grow their brand awareness and sell more of their product or service. Lunch will be provided.

Takeaways:

  • Importance of understanding your target audience
  • What a Buyer Persona is
  • Buyer Persona Development Template

This workshop will be led by Justin J. Dunn, Digital Brand Strategist and Co-Founder of Increase Branding & Design, a full-service digital agency turning average business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
