Holistic Practices for Self and Community Care – Part 2

02/10/21
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

It’s a new year, with new choices about what we intend to leave behind, carry forward, and build upon — individually and collectively. As we work through these choices, the need for practices that support us in healing ourselves and healing our communities is clear.

As part of our Nonprofit Wellbeing Series, join Healing by Choice!, a women and gender non-conforming community of healing and health practitioners for a two-part series on re-imagining self-care and community care in 2021. This will be an interactive and reflective workshop for you to explore and play with what self and community-care means for you and your community.

Please Note: This workshop will be divided into two parts. Part 1 will take place on Wednesday, January 20th from 12:00-1:00 PM and Part 2 will take place on Wednesday, February 10th from 12:00-1:00 PM. We encourage guests to attend both sessions to maximize the experience. Register below for Parts 1 and 2 of this virtual workshop to learn and share practices to gift ourselves and our communities a boost in our mental, physical and spiritual wellness.

For a quicker registration experience, we recommend that you create an account on the Acuity platform so you will not have to fill out all of the questions twice. If you need any support, reach out to info@coactdetroit.org.
