Nonprofits thrive when the people within them do.
Join us for a session on organizational wellbeing and what it takes to build healthier and more resilient organizations. As part of our Nonprofit Wellbeing Series, we are excited to partner again with The Wellbeing Project, a network of over 1200 leading global social change organizations, intermediaries, networks, foundations and higher educational institutions catalyzing a culture of mental health and wellbeing for all changemakers.
Drawing on learnings from the Organizational Wellbeing Exploratory Program (OWEP), The Wellbeing Project will share key insights, practical recommendations, and good practices that nonprofits can adapt to their own work. You’ll also hear directly from a participant in the program, offering a first-hand perspective on what organizational wellbeing looks like in practice.
If you are interested in learning practical insights, lessons, and approaches nonprofits can adapt to strengthen resilience, leadership, and culture, register below.
Don’t forget to also invite your colleagues and peers to participate as well.
