Facilitated by Michaela Ayers, Founder of Nourish, this hands-on workshop invites nonprofit professionals, community leaders, and wellness advocates to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore how care flows through their lives and work. Through reflective writing and collage-making, participants will explore what it means to lead with care—both personally and professionally—within a supportive community space. No artistic experience is required—just a willingness to tap into your creativity as a tool for wellbeing.
3:00 p.m. – Reflection Activity & Closing
As part of this experience, you are invited to drop-in throughout the day. However, if you do plan to participate in the Circles of Care workshop, we ask that you please arrive on time and commit to being present for the entire 2-hour session.
Sign-ups for the chair massages and wellness coaching will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
Register below to join us in a retreat from the office to unplug and unwind. We encourage you to invite your colleagues and peers to enjoy this day of care and celebration.
