Michigan Nonprofit Association (MNA) recognizes that good organizational practices are primarily implemented through education and self-regulation. The Principles & Practices Assessment offers an opportunity to review your organization’s framing documents and policies, and provides specific guidelines to evaluate and improve your operations, governance, human resources, advocacy, financial management and fundraising.

Please Note: This assessment takes approximately 45 minutes to complete and is intended for incorporated, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. It is designed as a measurement tool to support nonprofits and provide a guide for improvements.
