Cydney Camp is a visual artist, creative entrepreneur, and economic development professional. She maintains an active studio painting practice, and provides freelance project management support to several clients.
In her previous work at Design Core Detroit, Cydney connected designers to growth opportunities, and helped local businesses solve their challenges with design. While at the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation, she helped Detroit-based businesses grow through nationally acclaimed programs Motor City Match and NEIdeas. Cydney received her degree in Social Relations and Policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University, and will soon earn her MFA in Painting at the Cranbrook Academy of Art (2023, expected).
