In her role as Operations Manager, Esteria provides a high level of operations management to Co.act, and administrative support to the Executive Director. She draws upon a robust background of nonprofit management, operations, and special projects support, ensuring smooth internal operations for Co.act. Esteria has over 25 years of experience in managerial, operations and executive administration in metro Detroit, working in diverse industries including non-profit, community development and real estate development. Prior to joining Co.act Detroit, Esteria served as the Manager of Operations for Detroit Future City.
Esteria attended Macomb Community College and Oakland University, where she received certifications in Nonprofit Management, Project Management and Administrative Assistant work. She attended Northwestern | Kellogg School of Management where she received her certification in Nonprofit Finance, and is also a certified housing counselor. Esteria is actively involved in her church, where she serves on the Executive Board and serves as Chair for the Ameldia R. Brown Scholarship Fund. Esteria enjoys event planning, singing with her church praise team, and bowling.
