Charnae Sanders is a creative soul and changemaker who is passionate about using her gifts and skillsets to serve her community. As the Senior Program Manager, Charnae designs and leads innovative programs to support the capacity building and well-being needs of nonprofit professionals and community leaders across Southeast Michigan. She is also the talented host of Co.act Detroit’s Natural Collisions podcast. She is passionate about creating unique and unforgettable experiences through programs that equip and empower others with knowledge and resources.
A native Detroiter, Charnae is motivated by her passion for building up her community and bringing diverse and underrepresented voices and thoughts to the table. Prior to coming to Co.act Detroit, she supported in hosting events at the Detroit Historical Society. She is a proud alum of Central Michigan University where she studied journalism, and a graduate of Communication and Media Arts High School. In her spare time, Charnae enjoys writing poetry, traveling, and dancing the night away at concerts.
