Walking Meetings and Groups

Walking has many physical and mental health benefits and can be a great way to release stress. Encourage employees to try incorporating walking meetings into their work schedules opposed to only meeting in an office or via screen. Employees can also experiment with creating walking groups who schedule periods to walk together. BEAM (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective)

Build up your wellness toolbox with our educational tools, journal prompts, and reflection questions. BEAM is a national training, movement building, and grant making institution that is dedicated to the healing, wellness, and liberation of Black and marginalized communities.
